How Spanish Colonization Shapes Our Future

                        We all know that years ago. We are under the Spanish Colonization. We know that being under in it brought so much sufferings in the life of our country men. And because of those sufferings our countrymen became brave that  they want to fight  to have an equal treatment between the Filipinos and Spaniards. Their hearts are also awaken, they want to have freedom from the Spaniards. That's why we have heroes like Dr. Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio, Apolinario Mabini etc, who fought to have our freedom.  

                         Being under in this colony, it is not only brought sufferings in our life. It also brought good and bad influence. One of the good influence of Spanish colony is the religion which is Catholic, why do i say so? It is because having faith in God help us to solve our problems and face the challenges in our life. It also teaches us how to be a good person by following the 10 Commandments of God. Another one is having Hospitable attitude when having a visitor. We, Filipinos are known all over the world for having this attitude. Of course, if we gain good influence. We also have bad influence. The first one is the being gambler, why? Because many of our countrymen  having this habit. Sometimes, they don't think that the money the are wasting in gamble can be used in many useful things like for food, education, helping others etc. Second is the being addicted in alcoholic drinks. Some who are addicted to it are mostly have bad attitude especially when they are drunk. They don't know what they are doing whether good or bad. That's why some are brought in the bad direction. And time will come they will have regrets for not doing what is right for them. 

                         As a youth of our country, we should use our freedom in good things to show importance to the heroes who gave their life. We should all become a good and worthy citizen of our country. We should also do good deeds for us to have no regrets someday.  In following the good influence of Spanish Colony  and taking away the bad, we can have a better future. And that's how Spanish Colonization shapes our future.
